Composed by Juan Bautista Pla in 1770, these '6 Sonatas' are for two oboes, flutes, or violins.
Born around 1720, Pla was a Spanish composer and oboist. He was born into a family of musicians in Catalonia, Spain; With his brother, Josep, he traveled through many of the principal cities of Europe including Brussels, Paris, and London. The brothers left hundreds of manuscripts including about thirty trio sonatas and some concerti for flute and strings.
