Wil Offermans presents Duo: The life of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec in two pictures, for contrabass flute and one stone.

Performed with the the stone sitting next to the flutist on stage, the Duo is a dark commentary on violent acts.

From the composer: "How can we understand acts of terror? In the search for an answer, we pray to the gods or turn ourselves towards the mysteries of nature. We feel the wind, touch the water, watch the stars and listen to the earth."
