The Microfiber Pouch Swab is a huge improvement over the traditional swab for cleaning the inside of your flute, and is designed to work with your existing wood or metal flute cleaning rod. The cloth pouch itself covers almost the entire rod and has a silk loop at the end to go into the eye of your cleaning rod, ensuring the two move together as you swab. As a pouch, it will protect the inside of your flute from any contact with the rod while picking up all of the moisture from inside.

Due to the highly absorptive microfiber the Pouch Swab is one of the only products that does not just push moisture around.

Included are two plastic caps to fit on whichever type (wood or metal) cleaning rod you may own; these caps push up against the corners of the pouch, enabling the corners of the headjoint to be thoroughly cleaned.

The cloth pouch covers almost the entire rod and has a silk loop at the end to thread through the end of the rod, ensuring that there is no slippage of the swab as you move it through the flute. It will protect the inside of your flute from any contact with the rod while picking up all of the moisture from inside.  

Due to its fast absorbing material, it is one of the only products that does not just push the moisture around. The packaging includes one plastic cap to fit on the end of the provided rod. This plastic cap widens the tip of the rod so that when it is pushed through the instrument, the swab absorbs the maximum amount of moisture possible around the headjoint cork, keeping it drier and less likely to need to be replaced as often.

Flannel cloth swab with integral fabric-wrapped cleaning rod makes cleaning easy!  Made from absorbent cotton, cotton/polyester with a cotton pull cord, these swabs allow you to clean your instrument in two easy steps.  First use the integral fabric-wrapped cleaning rod to swab out your headjoint and then just drop the rod and pull cord through your flute body and pull through.  The fabric is machine washable and dryable as well - just remove the cleaning rod!  Manufactured using a variety of fabric colors and patterns.
