Brain Ensemble Collections presents 'Three Fruits' for three flutes by composer Naoya Wada.
The composer writes about this piece: 'This is a three-movement flute trio inspired by fruits from around the world.
1st Mov.: Lychee. Lychee is native to China. This movement incorporates the pentatonic scale and oriental phrases.
2nd Mov.: Rasberry. Raspberry has been a beloved fruit in North America and Europe. The 2nd mov. features the sweet and tangy impressions of this lovely fruit.
3rd Mov.: Pineapple. Native to South America, this Latin music movement may require some effort to grasp the rhythms. There are no challenging passages, so it is playable by flutists with some experience.
It's advisable for each player to choose the part that best suits their personality.
