Kruglik, V
Vyacheslav Kruglik was born in St. Petersburg in 1977. From 1996 to 2001 he studied at the St. Petersburg Conservatory in the composition class of Professor B. Tishchenko, also completely his graduate level there. The author of the opera Stroller , symphonies, string quartets, vocal cycles and other chamber-vocal compositions. He is also the creator of theater music and arrangements for various instrumental compositions.
The sonata for flute and piano is written in the form of a traditional three-part sonata cycle. Edgy by the nature of the first part, with its short torn motifs, with a second part opposed - the semantic culmination of the entire sonata. A quiet, gentle, soulful melody plunges us into the world of idyll and peace. The music of the finale, with its philosophically detached mood, is an epilogue reconciling two opposite principles.
