Musicians Publications presents Roaring Twenties , Volume II arranged by Paul Nagel and transcribed for woodwind quintet by Bill Holcombe Jr.

This medley of popular tunes from the Roaring Twenties, referring to the uprise of music and culture in the 1920s, includes the songs The Sheik of Araby , April Showers , Carolina in the Morning , and Second Hand Rose . It is scored for the classic woodwind quintet: flute, oboe, clarinet, french horn, and bassoon. It is not particularly advanced in difficulty, but is a great study on articulation and syncopation for all members of the ensemble.
