From a daily immersion in the music of Bach, we can build and maintain a strong foundation. Moreover, for both our technical and musical development, there is nothing more satisfying or uplifting. I have gathered these pieces, most of which appear here in flute arrangement for the first time, as a sequel to my earlier collection: 'Bach, 66 Pieces for Flute'. After opening with the monumental 'Ciaconna', I have again ordered the various selections in the form of an extended baroque suite, beginning with preludes and closing with gigues and allegros.
