Changed accidentals made necessary by transpositions are indicated in parentheses immediately over the the original accidental. Absolute smoothness in all scale and arpeggio passages will add greatly towards assuring grade in each of these studies. It will be noticed that there are no \"reminders\" of the key signature in which each study is written, (other than by the bar-line), to cancel any accidentals that might have occurred in the previous bar.
