Emerald Rock Publications presents 'Parallax' for two low flutes by Julie Stone. 

'Parallax' for Low Flute Duet (with options for Alto Flute/Bass Flute, Alto/Alto, or Bass/Bass) was commissioned by Flute Specialists, Inc. and was named Finalist in the National Flute Association Newly Published Music Competition. The term parallax is the apparent difference in position of an object when viewed at different angles. This piece incorporates this idea with varied starting points of motives and different directions of appoggiaturas and moving lines.
