By choosing to sell your instrument on consignment with us, you grant it the best chance to find its new home, whether you're nearby or across the globe.
Step-by-Step Process
1. Form & Contract
Begin the journey of selling your flute by filling out the consignment form found below or personally delivering it to our location. We will then work alongside you on pricing strategy and present a consignment agreement.
2. Flute Preparation
After contract is finalized you will send in your instrument. In order to warranty your instrument to the next owner, our certified technicians will meticulously prepare your flute to ensure it's in pristine condition.
3. Market Visbility
Upon completion of showcase preparation, our sales and marketing team will then photograph your flute and feature it across our various sales channels to accelerate the sale of your instrument.
4. Finalizing the sale
Our team of resident flutists will take the lead in selling your flute. Upon the completion of the sale, you will receive payment through your preferred payment method (wire, check, Venmo or Zelle).

Our team of seasoned experts maintains a comprehensive understanding of the instrument market. We prioritize treating each customer with personalized care, aligning with their unique preferences and needs.
Variables we take into consideration includes but is not limited to make, model, age of instrument, condition, etc. We are committed to establishing pricing that is fair and beneficial for both the buyer and seller.
We charge a 25% consignment fee on all instruments. Once the instrument is sold, we can provide payment via check, wire, Zelle, or Venmo.
Our sales & marketing team will work in conjunction to feature your instrument at our Plano storefront, social channels (website, instagram, etc.), tradeshows, and at-home instrument trials.
Our on-site, fully authorized repair shop will ensure the flute is in top-working condition. Upon starting the consignment process, we will discuss all repairs & costs needed at the time of setting up the contract.
