Potenza Music Publishing presents 'pentes:grammes' for solo piccolo by Tom Dempster.
The composer writes about this piece, 'Divided into five short movements, this work makes usage of vertiginous trajectories and the extremes of range of the piccolo: that is, the sheer, precipitous movement from extreme middle to extreme-extreme high, and the thin, airy cliffs between. In some dialects of French, the word 'pont' - bridge - is homophonous. to the word 'pentes' (or near enough, as the voice of the flute is to that of the piccolo). At least on a literary level, this could reflect back upon the nature of the piece: short bursts of activity connected by reflective, connective tissues all extrapolated from the first explosive 45 seconds of music. This work was originally completed in July 2007. It was revised in January 2009.'

For other non-instrument merchandise, request return authorization or make an in-person return within 10 calendar days of the original invoice date. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging with all contents, and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Electronic media must be unopened.
Shipped returns require prior authorization. Return Authorizations (RAs) are valid for 10 calendar days from issue. The RA number must appear on the package, and the return must arrive within that period.
Defective merchandise may be exchanged for an identical item if requested within 10 calendar days of the original invoice date. After that period, contact the manufacturer. Please contact us promptly about fulfillment errors.
