Lennox Berkeley's 'Sonatina op. 13' for treble recorder and piano can also be played using flute and piano.
The sonatina is technically quite demanding there are some tricky fast passages and includes several top F#s that require the player to stop the end of the instrument with the leg (which is why I will be forced to perform in trousers and flat shoes!) but great fun to play and, I hope, to listen to. The first movement is seductively playful, but with some hints of nostalgia and loss too. The Adagio is incredibly serene, and gives the performer lots of scope to show how alternative fingerings can colour the recorder s tone, then there s a wickedly fun Scherzo to finish with.

For other non-instrument merchandise, request return authorization or make an in-person return within 10 calendar days of the original invoice date. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging with all contents, and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Electronic media must be unopened.
Shipped returns require prior authorization. Return Authorizations (RAs) are valid for 10 calendar days from issue. The RA number must appear on the package, and the return must arrive within that period.
Defective merchandise may be exchanged for an identical item if requested within 10 calendar days of the original invoice date. After that period, contact the manufacturer. Please contact us promptly about fulfillment errors.
