International Music Company presents Theobald Boehm's 'Concerto in G major', op. 1 for flute and piano edited by Jean-Pierre Rampal.
Theobald Boehm (1794-1881) is undoubtedly one of the most famous names in the history of the flute, as a result of his revolutionary redevelopment of the instrument s design, which had an enormous impact on not just the flute, but all other woodwind instruments. His work creating the 1832 and 1847 model flutes is well documented, not least in his book The Flute and Flute Playing, as well as in numerous texts dealing with the history and development of the flute. This work alone was enough to secure Boehm s place in history, but although enormously significant, his work as a flute maker was only one facet of Boehm s life.

Sheet music, instrument purchases, and Special Order Only (SOO) merchandise are non-returnable.
For other non-instrument merchandise, request return authorization or make an in-person return within 10 calendar days of the original invoice date. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging with all contents, and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Electronic media must be unopened.
Shipped returns require prior authorization. Return Authorizations (RAs) are valid for 10 calendar days from issue. The RA number must appear on the package, and the return must arrive within that period.
Defective merchandise may be exchanged for an identical item if requested within 10 calendar days of the original invoice date. After that period, contact the manufacturer. Please contact us promptly about fulfillment errors.
