Tux People's Music presents 'Spider Web' for flute choir by composer Lenia Bolano.
The composer writes about this piece, 'The piece is about a spider's journey through all four seasons. In the first movement, she starts building her spider web. In the second one, she endures the winter and challenging times. Finally, in the last movement, she is happy because her spider web has survived the winter season and springtime has arrived.
'The piece was commissioned in 2020 for the flute choir of the University of Southern Mississippi and received an honorable mention at the National Flute Association in 2021 in the flute choir competition division.'
