Carter, LE :: Triptych for Flutes
Art of Sound Music presents 'Triptych for Flutes' by composer L. Elise Carter. Movement 1 features a single melody that is performed in canon and retrograde. Movement 2 depicts the quiet sounds of nature while Movement 3 is inspired by medicine women with power over wind. All three of these movements come together to form an exciting piece for an intermediate to advanced flute choir.
