In this piece the composer has tried to depict musically four medical conditions - Tics, Insomnia, OCD and ADHD. Full of nervous jumps and shakes, heavy ostinati, pulsating melodies and dense chromatic harmonies, this is a very interesting and rewarding piece to listen to and play. At about 10 minutes long quite a serious concert item.
