A brilliant fantasy on Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker, featuring all of our favorite themes from the ballet, set to a joyous Merengue beat. The solo parts, though intended to be performed on the Mexican quena, can be performed equally as well on a standard C flute. This is a wonderful, festive addition to the holiday flute choir repertoire.
Instrumentation: 3 Solo Quenas (or Solo Flutes), 2 Piccolos, 6 C Flutes, 2 Alto Flutes, Bass Flute.
