Haynes Flute Classic Q Fusion
The Haynes Classic Q-Fusion is a rework of the old Haynes classic flutes, with added modern technology and the improved Haynes scale. A Classic headjoint is paired with the Fusion ideal to create an updated, vibrant Classic sound.
9k gold is fused to sterling silver on both the headjoint and body. This provides the player with colorful, warm, rich tones from the 9k gold while still being able to project a powerful sound from the properties of sterling silver. While this flute can provide powerful tones, it is also able to produce delicate, sweet tones giving the player flexibility in all registers.
The resulting tubing from the fusion sits at .016". A sterling silver mechanism with proprietary Haynes pinless technology, drawn tone holes, French open holes, and pointed key arms is complimented by flexible gold springs and Straubinger pads. The mechanism is, of course, set with the modern Haynes scale, and is available only as a B foot.
The Haynes Classic headjoint itself is a Piedmont Cut - quintessentially Haynes with its warmth, richness, and flexibility; the default cut for all Haynes flutes.
Specifications: 9k Fusion Classic headjoint, 9k Fusion Body, Sterling Silver Mechanism, and Drawn Tone Holes. It also comes with the option of a C# Trill Key, Split E Mechanism, and High E Facilitator (G disc).
