Holcombe, B :: Three Jazz Showpieces
Holcombe, B
Musicians Publications presents Bill Holcombe's 'Three Jazz Showpieces' for piccolo and piano. This collection includes a CD with versions of each solo with piccolo and piano and with piano only for performance and practice.
Entitled 'Prestidigitator', 'Sun Chaser', and 'Viennese Encounter', these solos are intermediate-advanced in difficulty and short in duration. These are wonderful pieces for any flutists exploring jazz, as they do not contain any improv ad lib. sections and everything is written out.
