Born in 1970, Eric Ledeuil is a versatile musician, working as a flautist, composer, conductor and teacher. Here he presents the sublime Ghost for solo flute.
Ghost makes use of a wide range of extended techniques to suggest a spiritual haunting. These include timbral trills, aeolian sounds, harmonics, sound and voice notes, flutter tonguing, pizzicato, key percussion, and variations in fingerings.
