Loeillet, JB
Jean Baptiste Loeillet de Gant (born in 1688) came from a Belgian family of musicians from Ghent and apparently spent a large part of his life in France. Hortus Musicus has selected three of his sonatas whose form and character can be considered as representative of Loeillet's recorder compositions. The suggestions for a stylistically authentic ornamentation in the solo part add to the value of this edition, which promises a renewed acquaintanceship with French traverso music of the early 18th century.

For other non-instrument merchandise, request return authorization or make an in-person return within 10 calendar days of the original invoice date. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging with all contents, and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Electronic media must be unopened.
Shipped returns require prior authorization. Return Authorizations (RAs) are valid for 10 calendar days from issue. The RA number must appear on the package, and the return must arrive within that period.
Defective merchandise may be exchanged for an identical item if requested within 10 calendar days of the original invoice date. After that period, contact the manufacturer. Please contact us promptly about fulfillment errors.
