Long, PD :: Bach to the Fluture
ALRY Publications presents 'Bach to the Fluture: A Modern Celebration of Famous Compositions by Johann Sebastian Bach.' This flute choir was written by Paige Dashner Long and dedicated to the 2022 Metropolitan Flute Orchestra Festival.
The three movements within this piece are based on Bach's well known works, "Sheep May Safely Graze,' 'Bourree I' from Cello Suite No. 3 in C major, and 'Minuet in G.' This piece has flexible instrument that allows it to be performed by traditional flute choir or optional low flutes ensemble that substitutes alto flutes for the C flute parts.
The composer writes about this piece, 'Bach to the Fluture is a modern celebration of famous compositions by Johann Sebastian Bach, melding the beautiful melodies and harmonies of some of Bach's most famous music with contemporary rhythms and styles.'

Sheet music, instrument purchases, and Special Order Only (SOO) merchandise are non-returnable.
For other non-instrument merchandise, request return authorization or make an in-person return within 10 calendar days of the original invoice date. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging with all contents, and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Electronic media must be unopened.
Shipped returns require prior authorization. Return Authorizations (RAs) are valid for 10 calendar days from issue. The RA number must appear on the package, and the return must arrive within that period.
Defective merchandise may be exchanged for an identical item if requested within 10 calendar days of the original invoice date. After that period, contact the manufacturer. Please contact us promptly about fulfillment errors.
