Tomoyuki Hisatome presents Merry Bacteria Music for alto saxophone and flute doubling piccolo. Though the work uses extensive modern techniques and a distinct musical language, the central tonal character and melodic ideas render it an appealing, incredibly cool work that even non-musical audiences enjoy.
