Itchy Fingers Publications presents 'Snacks for a Skeleton Orchestra' for piccolo, viola, and double bass by composer Mike Mower.
For advanced players, this suite is accessible to discerning audiences whilst being challenging and fun to perform. Mike was commissioned to compose it by a consortium of 20 piccolists from European orchestras, the brief for the suite was to be loosely based around folk music and the individual movements reflect this.
