The Easter Islander is one of a series of compositions written by Mike Mower for his Saxophone Quartet Itchy Fingers. Instrumentation is for 2 concert flutes, alto flute and bass flute. Extra parts included for different combinations, opening up possibilities for a rich combination of 6 or 8 flutes.
