Written of a passage from Nietzsche s Notes on the Eternal Recurrence, Recoil is a dark, reflective work that engages strangely unrelated sounds in the electronics - pitch ping pong balls, spinning discs, and shimmers and wobbles - against the quasi-melodic lines of the contrabass.
