Pearl Flute Cantabile Series

Pearl’s Cantabile flute series makes use of traditional handmade flute features, such as complete .925 Sterling silver, headjoint, body, footjoint, and keys or .958 silver headjoint and body with .925 Sterling silver keys; French pointed arms and drawn tone holes. The Sterling silver keys are exceptionally nimble and swift when coupled with Pearl's Pinless mechanism and One-Piece Core-Bar. Available in either in-line G or off-set G, the Cantabile flute series is a superb entry into the world of handmade flutes.

Available options include a C# trill key, C# and D# rollers, a split-E mechanism, Rose Gold, Champagne Gold, or Platinum plating, engraving on the keys, and engraving on the lip plate.

Headjoint Cut Styles

Calore - Pearl’s most responsive and flexible headjoint, the Calore blends a powerful tone, effortless articulation and a flexible dynamic range.

Forte - The Forte headjoint is a very responsive headjoint that is designed for larger orchestras and concert halls. It produces a dark, centered tone with a wide dynamic range throughout the entire registers.

Vivace - The Vivace headjoint offers players more resistance with a little less undercutting while maintaining crisp, clear, and fast articulation.

Vivo - The Vivo headjoint is easily controlled and produces an open and clear, silky smooth sound ideal for chamber situations.
