That's A Plenty

Pollack, Lew

Musicians Publications presents Lew Pollack’s That’s A Plenty arranged for flexible flute trio by Bill Holcombe Jr. Scored for 3 flutes, this arrangement also includes an optional alto flute part to replace the third flute when necessary. This trio is advanced in difficulty.

That's a Plenty is a 1914 ragtime piano composition by Lew Pollack. Lyrics by Ray Gilbert (born 1912) were added decades later. A number of popular vocal versions have been recorded, but it is more often performed as an instrumental. The composition started out as a rag but is nowadays played as a part of the Dixieland jazz repertoire. The comedian Jackie Gleason used it in his television shows in the 1950s and 1960s.
