Ravel, M :: Le Tombeau De Couperin
Ravel, M
Le Tombeau de Couperin was originally composed as a suite for solo piano, by Maurice Ravel between 1914 and 1917. Originally orchestrated as 6 movements, in 1919 Ravel orchestrated only 4 movements of the work Prelude, Forlane, Menuet and Rigaudon.
The Danish composer Erik Norby with his great orchestration ability and vivid perception for Ravel's music transcribed these four movements in 1986 to create this brilliant flute quartet.
Includes score and parts.
