Though this is ostensibly merely a Berbiguier arrangement for three flutes of Rossini's Semiramide Overture it is often labeled as Berbiguier's opus 150 due to the distinct rewriting and idiomatic part construction Berbiguier performed on the original - in truth, more of an alternate form of the Overture than an arrangement. Each part is sprinkled with solos and simply divided into lower, middle, and higher ranges - difficulty among parts is fairly equal.
