Rozman brings the tragic tale of the Greek Gorgon Medusa to life, with the story of her transformation and annihilation in two movements: Act 1 - Beauty and Athena s Curse, and Act 2 - The Beast and the Battle of Perseus. Rozman invokes several ancient Greek melodies and harmonies, paired with extended techniques that mimic the sound of ancient flutes in primal dances and rituals.
