On Wings of the Wind was written for the Wings Of The Wind Flute Choir, Indianapolis, Indiana. The parts include piccolo, 4 flutes, alto flute, bass flute, and optional contra bass flute. This is a demonstration of the capabilities and sounds of the flute choir. The final measures demonstrate a stereo effect running from the audiences left to right and back to the left as it progresses through each of the player's parts.
