Stone, J :: Wind Chimes
Emerald Rock Publications presents 'Wind Chimes' for low flute choir by Julie Stone.
'Wind Chimes' for low flute choir/ensemble is a journey through the aleatoric ringing of sounds produced by various pitches of wind chimes. Due to their size and material, the low flutes are a beautiful representation of the timbre of wind chimes. This piece incorporates a diverse combination of intervals reflecting the blend of wind chime harmonies.
