Touchemoulin, J :: Flute Concerto in A major
Joseph Touchemoulin presents the Flute Concerto in A Major, here in a reduction for flute and piano.
Touchemoulin's distinctly Classical sound is shown to great effect in this three-movement concerto for flute, written with the delicate tones of the period flute in mind. Especially effective is the central Largo, written with a fully ornamented optional ossia, though the first movement is almost as equally effective with touches of Corelli throughout.
For advanced players.
