The Boosey Woodwind Method provides everything you need for teaching music through the flute, from beginners to Grade 3. For each instrument, there is a suite of books providing an integrated teaching and learning resource encompassing two method books, two supplementary repertoire books, keyboard accompaniments, and ensemble material.
The Flute Repertoire: Book B includes easy pieces for beginners, including music from different styles, cultures and times - classical, pop, jazz and world music. It can be used with stages 5-8 of the Boosey Flute Method Book 1, or as a repertoire book by any beginner player.
Great for introducing children to an all-round approach to music making ..... the music is varied in style and genre and could be adapted for mixed-instrument groups if necessary. All in all an exciting and innovative method.
