All three movements from Concerto No. 4 in F minor l'inverno. The first movementseems to work remarkably well on flutes, and there is real scope for exploring a variety of colour and character. The 2nd movement features a piccolo solo which highlights the warm (and often neglected) timbre of the mid register, and the third movement of the piece allows great contrast of colour, texture and articulation and each of the instruments has plenty to get their (chattering) teeth into!
