Yamaha Flute 700 Series - Professional (New)
The Yamaha Professional Series showcases qualities found in Yamaha’s top of the line handmade flutes. This results in a rich, resonating professional sound while providing flexibility to a wide dynamic range. The professional series features a hand-finished Type A headjoint that is based on the design of the Handmade Series, offering an immediate response within all registers. The professional series 600 and 700 are equipped with Straubinger Phoenix pads (similar to Straubinger Pads in the Handmade Series) allowing for a lighter touch, consistent seal, and longer life span.
With its sterling silver features, the Yamaha 700 Series will produce a variety of warm, rich colors that will resonate in the hall. The 700 will bring out dark, rich tones in the lower register while switching gears in the middle and high register with a sweet, bright vibrant tone. Its light mechanism will help develop effortless technique playing with ease and comfort making it an ideal step-up for the advanced flutist transitioning from high school to college.
